The Domain Report utility is a tool that can create a number of HTML formatted reports, that can be used for documentation purposes. The utility has been completely rewritten in DomainScan v2.82, and one can choose between 25 reports. All reports are done on the fly, mostly in less than a second. Reports up
![]() There are 3 reporting groups: Management With the inventory value and warranty analysis reports, one can quickly gather an overview of all devices in the network. The inventory value report will show all devices and their value at purchase, now and in the future (the net present value).
Device reports A list of device related reports.

![]() Report options Include summary: When enabled, DomainScan will insert summary information in the top of the report Include filtering details: When enabled, DomainScan will insert information about which domains and device types that was included in the domain. Information about other filtering operations is also listed. Include server/client split: If enabled, then DomainScan will show combined details as well as details for servers and clients in the report. Include server/client split ratio: If enabled, DomainScan will furthermore include a graph where the ratio between servers and clients are indicated. Include offline items: If enabled, offline devices and users will be included in the report.Include obsolete items: If enabled, obsolete devices and users will be included in the report. Include NPV: This option only affects the Inventory value analysis. If selected, then Net Present Value will be calculated. The early discount value can also be set, and is set to 10% by default. Domains to cover Select which domains that the report must cover. One can also include offline and obsolete domains. Types Select which device types that are to be included in the report. Output up
![]() Filename: Output filename. DomainScan will produce a standard complaint HTML formatted document. Warn if the file exists: If set, then DomainScan will check if the file already exists, and ask if the file is to be overwritten. Launch report automatically: When the report is built, and this option is enabled, DomainScan will automatically ask for the default HTML handler to show the report. | ||||||||||
